Aaron and Lori Richards moved to Rexburg after living more than 20+ years on the East Coast and Dallas where Aaron developed multiple master planned communities while he and Lori renovated multiple historic homes. Because of their professional and personal experiences, they recognize home is a place that shapes us, no matter our stage of life.  The style and architecture of home in addition to the place it is located, fundamentally shapes every day of your life!

Having re-located their family to the mountains, they couldn’t get over the hallmark-like simplicity and lifestyle of Teton-area living. While they left the big-city behind, they brought with them a vision of a lifestyle from some of the best ideas they gathered in their former communities and travels to many continents to create a neighborhood with right-sized homes with a lock and leave lifestyle.
